Using PopCVs

PopCVs is a product of TheSampleCV. These terms are an agreement between you and TheSampleCV, and “we” and “us” mean TheSampleCV.

PopCVs helps you write, check and tailor resumes and cover letters. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to employers. AI suggestions can be wrong, so review everything before you use it.

Your content

You own your resumes and documents. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you.

Credits and payments

• New accounts get free credits. AI features use credits, except the first ATS check each day. Editing and PDF downloads are free.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Razorpay. Credits don't expire while your account is active.
• Credits are only deducted when an AI action succeeds.
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Fair use

Don't use PopCVs to create misleading credentials, to impersonate others, or to overload or scrape the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Connected AI assistants

Actions an assistant takes through your connection count as your actions, including spending credits. Revoke access anytime in Settings.

Liability

PopCVs is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee interviews or job offers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
