• You can delete your data at any time by deleting your account

4. User Accounts

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Our AI optimization features generate suggestions based on your input. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.

If we introduce paid services, applicable fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be clearly communicated before you subscribe. You will not be charged without your explicit consent.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

8.3 AI Limitations

Our AI technology, while advanced, may produce suggestions that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Always review AI-generated content carefully.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POPCVS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
