What PopCVs is

PopCVs is an ATS resume checker and AI resume builder for job seekers in India: freshers looking for their first job, early-career engineers and analysts, nurses, teachers, accountants and sales professionals. You can check how well your resume matches a job description, tailor it to that job, write a cover letter and download an ATS-friendly PDF.

What we believe

• Your resume should only say what you have actually done. PopCVs rewrites and reorders your experience to match a job; it never invents skills or results.
• Indian job applications have their own conventions: CGPA, notice period, campus placements, Naukri-style job descriptions. The product and the guides are built around them.
• Pricing should be simple: 1 free ATS check every day, then 1 credit each, and one-time credit packs for the AI features, paid in rupees.

How we write our guides

• Our blog guides are drafted with the help of AI and follow written editorial rules: practical, specific to Indian job applications, and honest about what a resume can and can't do.
• Facts about qualifications, registrations and exams come from the official body (for example the Indian Nursing Council, CBSE for CTET, or the GST portal). Anything we can't verify is left out.
• Names, companies and numbers in examples are made up and labelled as illustrative. We don't publish invented statistics, quotes or testimonials.
• We update a guide when the facts change, and the page shows the date it was last updated.

Your data

We use your resume data only to provide PopCVs to you, and we don't sell it or use it to train AI models. The privacy policy lists exactly what we store and who processes it.
